A style for every home

uPVC windows and doors are available in a number of sizes and profiles. From the standard 60mm to the more substantial 70mm both can be supplied with sculpted bead on either inner or outer face, or in the case of the Deluxe both inner and outer beads are sculpted.

Our doors and windows are designed and engineered to withstand the rigours of the British climate with minimal maintenance. For structural strength and security both outer frames and sashes are reinforced with galvanised steel bars secured with screws.

Hardware

Locking 'press - release' trigger safety handles are fitted as standard in a choice of white and gold. 'Defender' stainless steel friction hinge has an adjustable brass screw to give the required degree of resistance. These hinges have been tested for 30,000 full cycles.

Safety & security

Optional child safety restriction hinges can be fitted to limit initial opening. These conform to BS8213 (part 1: 1991). Egress (fire safety) hinges are recommended for certain rooms. These open to 90 degrees for an emergency fire escape.

The 'espangnolette' locking mechanism is fitted as standard providing a good level of protection for the average home. An optional shoot bolt can be fitted for extra security. Both have successfully undergone tests to meet BS7950.

Choose a colour

Depending upon the solution you choose there are a large number of colour schemes available to you. Gone are the days of having to settle for white only, now Designer Windows can supply your new windows, doors, cladding or conservatory in the colour of your choice.
